RECREATIONAL SUMMER CAMP 2023

Half Day Hours 8:30 AM - 12:30 PM

Price $150 per week per child

 

Full Day Hours 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM

Price $275 per week per child

* Fridays will be outdoor water days! Remember to bring your towel.

Week 1: July 3, 2023 – July 7, 2023 (Closed on July 4th)

Theme: Learn about the Great USA

 

Toddlers (12 months to 3 years old), Explores (3 - 5 years old), and Adventures (5-8 years old) - Limit 8 each group

Join us while we get messy and explore water, sand, bubbles, paint and much more while learning about the USA! We guarantee your camper will get outside each day for a fun and challenging physical activity which most likely will require a change of clothes each day!

 

 

 

Week 2: July 10, 2023 – July 14, 2023

Theme: Celebrating our Community Heroes

 

Toddlers (12 months to 3 years old), Explores (3 - 5 years old), and Adventures (5-8 years old) - Limit 8 each group

In this interactive summer camp experience, your student will be introduced to local community heroes from the Mooresville Fire and Police Department. We look forward to using all 5 senses to explore our amazing community and welcoming in daily special guests.

Week 3: July 17, 2023 – July 21, 2023

Theme: Science Week

 

Toddlers (12 months to 3 years old), Explores (3 - 5 years old), and Adventures (5-8 years old) - Limit 8 each group

Join us for a week full of scientific adventure. Campers will be introduced to scientific method as a vehicle to explain all the fun hands-on experiments they’ll do each day. Campers will get a chance to design and explain their experiments and even bring them home! We’ll experiment making our own bouncy balls, volcanoes, and parachutes to just name a few.

Week 4: July 24, 2023 – July 28, 2023

Theme: Music Week

 

Toddlers (12 months to 3 years old), Explores (3 - 5 years old), and Adventures (5-8 years old) - Limit 8 each group

Have your camper dive into fun with our Music Camp! Teachers will introduce children to the world of music through games, crafts, and interactive activities. Each day, campers will participate in group singing sessions, dance parties, and musical instrument exploration while reinforcing principles such as colors, numbers, gross motor skills, and social development.

 

 

Week 5: July 31, 2023 – August 4, 2023 

Theme: Book Week

 

Toddlers (12 months to 3 years old), Explores (3 - 5 years old), and Adventures (5-8 years old) - Limit 8 each group

Our experienced teachers will guide your child through a variety of children's books and encourage them to use their imagination and creativity to bring the stories to life. Kids will have the opportunity to write and illustrate their own stories, act out scenes from their favorite books, and participate in a book club with their peers.

Week 6: August 7, 2023 – August 11, 2023

Theme: Animal Week

 

Toddlers (12 months to 3 years old), Explores (3 - 5 years old), and Adventures (5-8 years old) - Limit 8 each group

Campers will participate in animal-themed activities such as animal encounters, crafts, and games that teach them about different animal species.

Our experienced teachers will guide your child through a variety of animals and their habitats. Kids will have the opportunity to interact with a range of animals, from friendly farm animals to exotic creatures from around the world.

Week 7: August 14, 2023 – August 18, 2023

Theme: Disney Week 

 

Toddlers (12 months to 3 years old), Explores (3 - 5 years old), and Adventures (5-8 years old) - Limit 8 each group

Our week-long camp is designed to immerse children in the world of Disney through games, crafts, and interactive activities. Each day, campers will participate in Disney-themed activities such as crafts, games, and sing-alongs. Our experienced teachers will guide your child through a variety of Disney  movies and characters, from classics like Mickey Mouse to newer favorites like Frozen. Kids will have the opportunity to create their own Disney-inspired crafts, dress up as their favorite characters, and participate in a Disney trivia challenge with their peers. We will also have outdoor activities, including Disney-themed scavenger hunts and water games, to keep campers engaged and entertained throughout the day.

Week 8: August 21, 2023 – August 25, 2023

Theme: Move and Groove Week

 

Toddlers (12 months to 3 years old), Explores (3 - 5 years old), and Adventures (5-8 years old) - Limit 8 each group

Join us for some delightful fun! Our experienced teachers will guide your child through a variety of dance styles, from hip-hop to ballet, and encourage them to express themselves through movement. Kids will have the opportunity to create their own dance routines, play games that challenge their coordination and balance, and learn basic music concepts.

Week 9: August 28, 2023 – September 1, 2023

Theme: All Things Summer, Including Learning about Me

 

Toddlers (12 months to 3 years old), Explores (3 - 5 years old), and Adventures (5-8 years old) - Limit 8 each group

Our week-long camp is designed to explore everything that summer has to offer through games, crafts, and interactive activities. Each day, campers will participate in a range of activities that celebrate summer, from water games to arts and crafts. Our experienced teachers will also guide your child through activities that help them learn more about themselves, their interests, and their emotions. Kids will have the opportunity to create vision boards, explore their creativity through art and music, and participate in team-building exercises with their peers.
