Our Kids’ Place LKN is a parent supervised play area. Our Kids’ Place LKN is not responsible for any injuries or lost items. For safety reasons, Our Kids’ Place LKN reserves the right to refuse admittance to a child if the number of children exceeds the legal capacity of our facility.

 

What hours can I come in as a walk in for Open Play?​​​

Walk-ins are welcome to come anytime for open play during regular business hours. Monday-Friday 10:00 AM-5:00 PM and Saturday 10:00 AM-4:00 PM. Please call or check our social media for upcoming closures.

Do you offer childcare?

No, we do not offer childcare. We are excited to offer an amazing recreational program for children ages 12 months to 8 years old. Please visit our page or call us at (980) 444-0066 for more info.

Is a waiver required? 

Yes. Waivers are required to be filled out by the parent, guardian or caretaker of children entering our facility. No one is allowed to enter without completely filling out and signing a waiver.

Who is allowed to play in play spaces?

Safety is important to everyone and that is why we allow adults to carefully assist kids that are unable or afraid to be in play spaces on their own. For the safety of children, adults, and kids older than 12 years of age are not permitted to play alone or with each other on this equipment. Our Kids’ Place LKN caters to kids that are 3 months old up to 12 years of age. We also offer a separate play area for toddlers 3 years old and younger.

 

How long may we stay to play?

You are welcome to stay and play for as long as you wish during normal business hours.

Is re-entry allowed? 

No. There is no re-entry allowed. However, we understand that things happen and if you notify our staff, you may be able to exit the premises briefly as long as you return within 5 minutes.

Are children allowed to stay without an adult?

Yes, if enrolled in one of our recreational programs. Please note the student must be successfully registered.

​

Can an adult come in to the facility without a child?

Child safety is our priority. No adults are allowed without a child in our facility.

​

What is the rule of conduct for kids?

No reckless play and no running or jumping inside enclosed playgrounds. Please note posted rules throughout the facility. If any child is playing in a reckless or hazardous way to themselves and others they will be asked to take a few minutes to rest. We will work with parents to discourage hazardous or reckless behavior. If hazardous or reckless behavior continues our staff may ask you to leave for the day.

Can we bring outside food?

Yes, please limit all food to our touch down cafeteria. No alcoholic beverages allowed in the facilities.

How often do you sanitize toys?

We sanitize all toys with hospital-food grade, eco-friendly products everyday and have ongoing sanitation during open hours.

Do you offer free Wi-Fi?

Yes! We offer free Wi-Fi. 

​

Do you have a private nursing room?

Yes! We have a private nursing room with a baby changing station and a white noise machine. 

​

Are there groups or discount rates?

Yes, we offer rates for daycares, religious organizations, mom’s group play dates, camps, school spirit nights, school groups, PTAs and other large parties. We offer discounted rates to our members.

What is and how often do you pay the membership fee? 

Our Kids’ Place LKN provides its families great cost savings through its annual $89.99 membership fee which expires exactly 1-year after purchase.

How long are Private Parties? 

Private Parties are two hours and include playtime and semi-private party room use. A $100.00 non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your party reservation for public parties and 50% for private parties. Please call us with your special requests at (980) 444-0066.

What is your refund policy? 

No refunds.

​

What are the necessary forms? 

Everyone must sign our waiver and all Kids’ Club members must complete our enrollment packet for each child in attendance. Members must complete our enrollment application to begin benefiting from its cost savings and freebies.​

​

What freebies are included with membership? 

Membership grants you access to reduced rates for Parents Morning/Afternoon/Saturdays/Date Nights, open play, and birthday parties. As a member, you’ll also be invited to member only dates and events, so we can show our appreciation.
